ADMISSION FOR THE FIRST TRIMESTER OF ACADEMIC YEAR 2025-2026

EXECUTIVE CLASS (NEW STUDENTS - BATCH 22) | FOR WORKING INDIVIDUALS AND ENTREPRENEURS

The PTC Executive Class offers a flexible, modular trimester program designed for working professionals (private and government sectors) and entrepreneurs who wish to pursue higher education while balancing their careers or businesses.

Available Degree Programs:

• Bachelor of Science in Office Administration (BSOA) This four-year degree program prepares students for careers in professional, outcome-focused, high-tech office environments. It provides comprehensive training in office administration procedures, technology, and modern business operations.


• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) This four-year degree program focuses on technology and computer applications. It equips students with essential skills in computer hardware, software, databases, algorithms, telecommunications, web development, application testing, and computer graphics, preparing them for careers in the IT industry.

Program Structure:

The Executive Class follows a trimester system, spanning six (6) trimesters over two (2) academic years. Classes will be conducted in a flexible learning format (synchronous and asynchronous), with schedules as follows:


• Weekdays: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• Saturdays: Whole-day sessions
• Start of Classes May 13, 2025

Admission Requirements:

Applicants must be 21 years old and above and must have completed at least two (2) semesters in college or a high school graduate (before the K-12 program implementation in 2015). Those seeking a second degree are also welcome to apply.

Required Documents:

• Latest academic records (TOR, Copy of Grades, High School Card, or Form 137)
• Certificate of Employment / Business Permit (for entrepreneurs)
• PSA Birth Certificate
• Two (2) pieces of 2x2 ID photos
• Long white folder with plastic cover

Original documents must be presented for verification along with one (1) photocopy of each requirement.

Tuition and Fees:

Tuition Fee per Trimester:

• Full Payment (Discounted): ₱13,000
• Staggered Payment: ₱15,000 (₱5,000 Down Payment, ₱5,000 Midterm, ₱5,000 Final)

Course Equivalency Program/Magisterial Lectures:

• One-Time Payment: ₱3,000

Other Fees per Trimester:

• Miscellaneous Fees: ₱2,205 (inclusive of registration, library, school publication, athletics, cultural activities, student services, career development, Supreme Student Council, medical/dental, insurance, ID printing and validation, Student Handbook, and the Learning Management System)

• Requirement Validation and Enrollment:Applicants must proceed to PTC San Pedro Campus (beside Pateros Elementary School) from April 7 to May 10, 2025, for document verification and payment.
• Admission Fee: ₱300 (to be paid upon enrollment).

Enrollment Deadline:  May 10, 2025
Continuing or returning Executive Class students may enroll onsite from May 2-10, 2025.
